To help make your stay at Hilton Grand Vacations on Paradise (Convention Center) in Las Vegas as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.
- Groups
When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
- Internet
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
- Parking
Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds.
- Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: Guest internet access Domestic long distance calls (30 minutes max per day) Streaming media service from a mobile app to TV Two 16 oz. bottles of water per day 1-800/local calls. The resort fee is applicable to a 13.38% tax.
